Zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren sind die frühzeitige Qualifizierung der Teams, eine kollaborative Kultur mit gemeinsamem Leitbild, kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie ein durchgängiges Datenmanagement, das durch die CDE maßgeblich unterstützt wird.
Das Bremerhavener Projekt zeigt eindrücklich: Das Zusammenspiel von IPA, Lean, BIM und einer konsequent genutzten CDE macht es möglich, komplexe Bauvorhaben erfolgreich umzusetzen. Frühzeitige Qualifizierung, klare digitale Strukturen und eine offene Projektkultur sind dabei ebenso wichtig wie die technischen Werkzeuge. So können selbst anspruchsvolle Projekte unter hohem Zeitdruck im Termin- und Kostenrahmen realisiert werden – wenn Methoden, Menschen und Datenräume von Beginn an konsequent integriert werden.

Digital Excellence in Construction – IPD, BIM, and LEAN in Practice
Construction projects today are under more pressure than ever before: tight schedules, rising costs, high risks, and simultaneously growing demands for sustainability and quality. Public clients, in particular, must find ways to reliably implement complex projects within cost and time limits.
An impressive example is the project “Allianz-3-Schulen Bremerhaven”. Within just 3.5 years, three schools and two sports halls are being built, slated for completion by autumn 2025. The Bremerhaven project impressively demonstrates that the interplay of IPD, Lean, BIM, and a consistently used CDE makes it possible to successfully implement complex construction projects. Early qualification, clear digital structures, and an open project culture are just as important as the technical tools. This approach allows even demanding projects under tight time pressure to be realized within schedule and budget—provided that methods, people, and data spaces are consistently integrated from the start.
