Munich, 14 August 2025. On November 26 and 27, 2025, BIM World MUNICH will take place for the ninth time at the ICM – International Congress Center Messe München. With over 200 exhibitors, around 8,000 professional visitors, and a diverse conference program, the event will once again demonstrate why it is one of the most important platforms for digital innovations in the construction, real estate, and facility management industries.
Insights into Best Practices at the BIM World MUNICH Congress
On the four main congress stages, visitors can expect an interesting program featuring practical presentations and high-profile keynotes. A particular highlight will be the thematic panel discussions, including BIM4Circular, BIM4FM, BIM4RealEstate, BIM4Machines, and BIM4Infrastructure. A key program element will be the presentations by Executive Partners such as ACCA Software, Autodesk, buildingSMART Germany, Gstarsoft, Nemetschek Group, NOVA Building IT, Oracle Germany, revizto, and Würth, who will share their perspectives on standardization, efficiency, and sustainability in the construction and real estate industry.
Spotlight on Innovation
On November 26, as part of BIM World MUNICH, the “BIM-Preis Bayern” will be presented – organized in cooperation with the Bavarian State Ministry for Housing, Construction and Transport. The award honors projects that, using Building Information Modeling, provide significant impetus for planning reliability, sustainability, and digital collaboration. Submissions from projects across Germany are still possible until September 22.
Start-ups will also have their moment to shine: In addition to the dedicated exhibition area, the BIM Town Innovation Area, where they can showcase their products, young companies can submit their innovative solutions for the Smart Building / Smart Construction Innovation World Cup® until October 3. The grand finale, featuring live pitches and an award ceremony, will take place on November 27 directly at BIM World MUNICH in front of an international professional audience.
Focus on Digital Building Management at CAFMWORLD
As a satellite event, CAFMWORLD will once again be part of BIM World MUNICH. In cooperation with gefma, German association for facility management, and CAFM RING e.V., the association for digitalization in real estate operations, CAFMWORLD highlights current developments in building operations – particularly the role of digital systems such as CAFM software, building operating systems (BOS) and AI-supported solutions for the efficient and sustainable use of real estate.
