Jani Saarinen is Principal Consultant and Co-Founder of Vison Ltd, and formerly served as CEO and Chairman.

With over 35 years of leadership experience in the construction and real estate sectors, he has worked across public and private organizations.

At Vison, he focuses on complex project delivery models, integrated project delivery (IPD and alliance), procurement, and, with hands-on experience from over 40 projects and active involvement in industry development.
