Extending AECO BIM functionalities and processes to the GIS environment
Description
usBIM.geotwin extends the management process of open BIM 3D models in the ESRI ArcGIS 3D environment. Examples of management of very heavy models with high information granularity highlight the continuity of the service in 3D navigation and access to geodata. Various openBIM/IFC success cases in different areas: urban development, real estate, utilities, and infrastructure. Final focus on a current implementation aimed at urban planning and infra structural health monitoring.
