HEGIAS – building imagination

HEGIAS VR Simulator – To avoid planning errors before they are built

With its groundbreaking Element Streaming technology, HEGIAS enables the interactive exploration of large and complex BIM projects, including multiple sub-models, using just a standalone virtual reality (VR) headset such as the Meta Quest 3 – without powerful PCs or other expensive hardware.

BIM models can be experienced seamlessly, with multiple participants exploring and interacting together in real time, from anywhere in the world.

Beyond architects and engineers, HEGIAS brings future building users directly into the design process. In hospital projects, for example, doctors, nurses, hospitality staff and other stakeholders can experience their future workplaces, simulate real-life workflows and identify design flaws and operational issues before they are built. This helps prevent costly mistakes, reduce rework and create buildings that truly meet users’ needs.
