Alina Cartus is Co-Founder and Managing Director of ENTENDIX, a spin-off from research at TH Köln. With a background in energy and building technology and expertise in AI and automation, she now drives business development, sales, and marketing – translating research into real innovation. Her mission: to make complex heterogeneous building data and technical “basement topics” simple – for the optimized operation of existing buildings and fresh momentum in the FM and building services industry.
