Sunil Pandita

Sunil Pandita has been appointed Chief Division Officer of the Planning & Design Division in April 2025. He also leads the Digital Twin Business Unit, a strategically important cross-sectional function within the Nemetschek Group. Sunil brings over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, software-driven business growth, and technology leadership, with a strong focus on the AEC/O industry. Before joining Nemetschek, he held senior leadership roles at global companies such as Dell, McKinsey & Company, Hewlett-Packard, and Thomson Reuters. Most recently, he served as Vice President & General Manager at Honeywell, where he was responsible for Connected Industrials, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Logistics, and Life Sciences, leading a major part of Honeywell’s software business. Throughout his career, Sunil has successfully driven digital strategies, product innovation, and business transformation, always with a focus on customer-centric solutions. His expertise spans cloud technologies, AI-driven analytics, and enterprise software, making him a strong addition to Nemetschek’s leadership team. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
