Dr.-Ing. Manuel Götzendörfer is founder and Managing Director of BEFIVE. Together with the BEFIVE team, renowned established companies, promising start-ups and smart talents he drives innovation, ventures and business transformations in the Built Environment value chain.

After studying architecture in Würzburg Manuel Götzendörfer graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Technical University (TU) in Munich. In conjunction with a research stay at Stanford University, he completed his doctorate on design methods and innovation management at TUM.
Manuel Götzendörfer has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on innovation management, new business development, start-up incubation and venturing in various industries. He also founded several companies in the smart home sector, among others. As Venture Director at the TUM Venture Lab Built Environment, he now brings all his experience and network to support the next generation of founders.
