Description

Die Reduktion von Treibhausgasemissionen bei Bauprojekten ist ein dringendes Anliegen der Industrie; diese Herausforderung erfordert jedoch, dass Planungsteams die Bausteine des VDC, bzw. technische, prozessuale und kollaborative Methoden, nutzen, um CO2 so weit wie möglich zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig die Anforderungen an die Gebäudeleistung einzuhalten, i.e. VDC-basierte CO2-Optimierung, anstatt nur individuelle Reduktion. Die Effektivität dieses Ansatzes wurde durch zwei Projekte zwischen der OOS AG und Anex Ingenieure bewiesen, bei denen CO2-Neutralität im Betrieb und automatisierte graue Energie direkt aus dem BIM erreicht wurden.

Using Cintoo for Progress Monitoring on your Construction Sites

The use of advanced Reality Capture tools in construction, such as high-definition laser scanning, provides an incredible amount of insight into the state of the job site. This session discusses the various modalities you can digitally capture your job site, and ways Reality Capture tools like Cintoo help understand what has been built and how well it was done.

Cintoo has a new construction-specific tool, Progress Monitoring, which compares the construction models with the laser scans to determine and report how much of your project has been built to date. This insight is invaluable for confirming the accuracy of the trades’ workmanship and project schedule. This data can be brought into BIM applications such as Revit, and used to visualize your job site progress in various ways.
