Bau-Rockstars is a knowledge and learning platform for the construction and real estate industry. We connect practical expertise with digital solutions in areas such as BIM, smart buildings, ESG, Commissioning and facility management. In October 2026, we will launch AssetIdent, our first software application. AssetIdent uses AI to analyse photos of technical assets, automatically extract relevant asset data and structure it for transfer to CAFM, CMMS or ERP. This significantly reduces manual data collection, avoids transcription errors and makes existing buildings faster and easier to digitise.
